It will depend on the shipping address, the weight, and size of the items you order.
A sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to California address.
International orders are welcome! We will ship to almost every country around the world. Please feel free to ask us about International shipping. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. We do not have control over any Duties / Taxes and the costs will be the customers responsibility.
All items are carefully wrapped and packaged. Most items will be shipped within one week after we receive your payment. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling charges are based on the items purchased. Your product will be shipped to the address provided from you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged pieces if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to the customer's error. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. If you need expedited shipping and insurance please contact us before you make your purchase.
Expedited shipping is calculated after the order is packaged and is based on weight and destination. Please contact us about the exact shipping before placing an order.
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If your items arrive damaged please send photos to email@example.com within 48 hours. We can find a solution.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All sales are considered final. However, if you find there is a problem with your order please contact us by email at mail@bikenus within 48 hours. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Only the product cost (without the shipping fee) will be refunded if it is the return because of the customers' personal preferences. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please note that since all products are handcrafted and some of materials are individually different, there may be slight variations in color, textures, and finish. Due to differences in computer monitors, the color between the actual product and your screen might be slightly different.
